Moulding
The T2 moulding lines are dedicated to medium and high productivity and are characterised by a perfect mix of mechanics and electronics.
They are divided into roll forming machines and sheet thermoforming machines. Semi-finished product can be loaded either automatically or manually. These machines are designed to process a wide range of plastic materials, such as PP, R-PET, A-PET, C-PET, PS, OPS, HIPS, E-PET, E-PP, ABS and BARRIER MATERIALS.
The difference between the various moulding machine models depends on the material to be processed and the productivity required by the customer. The machines differ in size (sheet width), tonnage and size of reheating ovens.
For T2 it is essential to understand the changing needs of the customer, interpret them and translate them into tailor-made solutions and strategies.
